1. when the PC/notebook is still on, after we finish using the mouse, the mouse will fall in standby mode immediately; and 8 minutes later the mouse will fall in sleep mode one ; 30 minutes later the mouse will fall in deep sleep mode, working current is very very low around 0.03mA;
2. when the PC/notebook is off, our mouse sensor will be automatically switched off immediately. The woring current is 0mA.

SQT-brand 2.4G mice uses unique intelligent power off technology:
when the receiver can’t get power source (PC/notebook is switched off) or the mouse is out
of working distance, the mouse can’t detect any data transmission from the receiver, then the
mouse sensor will stop working to save power consumption (for optical mouse, the red/blue
LED will be off )

Some SQT mouse is with 2 side buttons: Forward and Backward, by pressing side buttons, the end-user can review the previous files or web pages. SQT mouse side buttons are programmable, the end-user can download 5D mouse software to re-define the function of side buttons as desired.

1. pls check whether there is some strong Radio disturbance sources (for example wireless Lan, wireless Router, etc);
2. Mouse pad (or working surface) is too shining or not . especially for optical mouse, the mouse cursor will keep detecting on shining surface ,thus makes the cursor trembling ;
3. Mouse sensor is too dusty.

1. Please check whether the PC/notebook has detected the receiver device or not ;
2. Very little power capacity , please exchange new batteries;
3. Please check whether the product (receiver as well) has been damaged
4. Lose connection. Please download the Default Recovery Software from SQT website, and follow the steps described in the user’s manual, then the keyboard mouse will be working well.

SQT keyboard model SK-81 and SK-83 are equipment with Capslock and Numlock indicator. Other keyboards do not have such indicators. But the end-user can download combo set driver from website, after installing the software, the Caplock of Numlock icon will be displayed on the right-bottom corner of the PC/notebook screen.

CPI: location precision of mouse cursor, unit is DPI (or called CPI), DPI is abbreviated from Dot Per Inch, it is used to describe the resolution of mouse cursor. But DPI is a static index, more suitable to be shown in a printer or scanner;
But mouse movement is a dynamic process, so it is more proper to describe its resolution by CPI (for CPI is a dynamic index). DPI button is used to adjust the cursor’s moving speed and scale. SQT-brand mouse has the following dpi categories:
1. Optical mouse (no DPI switch): 1000 dpi
